GI Alliance is seeking an experienced IT Technician I.

Duties of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

Position purpose

Provide technical support to practice offices, CBO, and physicians.

This position will be regional support, some travel required :

Southern Connecticut (Stamford / Bridgeport area), flexible to cover New Haven and surrounding areas

Responsibilities / Duties / Functions / Tasks :

• Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals.
• Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems.
• Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and system groups.

Qualifications

Education : An Associates Degree or equivalent and 1-4 years of experience in the IT or related field.

Experience : 1-4 years of IT, or related field, experience
