Birch Agency, a nationally recognized company in educational services, is looking for a Registered Behavioral Technician to join our team in McClellan Park, CA! We have a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with special needs, and we are hiring like-minded professionals to be part of our team.

Job Details : Start : ASAP

Monday-Friday

Age group : Tk-12th grade

Pay dependent on experience but starting at $25 / hr

Qualifications :

High-school level education or equivalent

Valid RBT certification

Prior paraprofessional and RBT experience

Demonstrated experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, with a strong emphasis on supporting those with special needs

Responsibilities :

Work one on one or in classroom setting with students who have behavioral needs

Assist in delivering ABA therapy and behavior-analysis services

Provide positive reinforcements and redirect behaviors

Practice de-escalation tactics

Implement BIPs (behavior intervention plans) set forth by BCBAs

Document student behaviors on a daily basis

Work with BCBAs, Special Education Teachers, and other Related Services staff members
