Sr. Manager, Sap Contracts Process Otc Workstream
RTX has an opening for a Sr. Manager, Contracts role to join our RTX Enterprise Services Process and Systems Transformation (PST) Team. The Opportunity to Cash (O2C) workstream is a comprehensive end-to-end process that handles the complete cycle of order management, from receiving request for proposals to finalizing the payment and close out. It is designed to optimize and integrate various functions within an organization to streamline and enhance the efficiency of managing customer transactions. This role leads activities to enable strategic initiatives, establish program framework for process design and decision capture, and drives the launch and execution of blueprinting activities.

The oneRTX : Process & Systems Transformation (PST) project is one of several major, multi-year initiatives under oneRTX that align to our goals as a company and optimize how we work, how we operate and how we deliver to our customers so that we can achieve our full potential. The intent of oneRTX : PST is to harmonize processes, tools, and metrics across RTX, while deploying a common enterprise resource management platform SAP's S / 4 HANA.

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
