As a Quality Control Team Member , your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our products meet or exceed industry standards through meticulous inspection and testing. Shift Hours : 2 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 PM

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Inspection and Testing : Conduct thorough inspections and testing of incoming auto parts to verify their compliance with established quality standards. This includes checking for dimensional accuracy, material quality, and overall functionality.
• Documentation and Reporting : Accurately document inspection results, test findings, and any deviations from quality specifications. Prepare detailed reports and maintain records of quality control activities for future reference.
• Process Monitoring : Monitor and assess the effectiveness of manufacturing and distribution processes to identify potential areas for improvement. Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions and prevent quality issues.
• Quality Control Procedures : Ensure adherence to quality control procedures and guidelines throughout the organization. Participate in the development and implementation of standardized processes to maintain consistent product quality.
• Non-Conformance Management : Identify and document non-conforming products or processes and initiate appropriate corrective and preventive actions. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues promptly.
• Continuous Improvement : Contribute to the ongoing improvement of quality control practices by actively participating in meetings, providing feedback, and suggesting innovative ideas to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Training and Support : Provide training and support to employees regarding quality control procedures, product specifications, and inspection techniques. Help foster a culture of quality awareness throughout the organization.
• Compliance and Regulation : Stay up to date with industry regulations and standards related to aftermarket auto parts. Ensure compliance with all applicable quality requirements, such as ISO standards, safety regulations, and customer-specific specifications.
