A Brief Overview

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Audio-Visual Control Room and the associated AV equipment throughout the organization. The role schedules and facilitates video teleconferences with remote sites and assists team members in the operation of AV equipment and associated software applications.

Essential Functions

• Set‑up, operate, and troubleshoot all AV / projection / lighting / conferencing equipment, devices, and systems throughout the organization.
• Provide support for presentations and teleconference meetings. Record presentations as needed and perform setups and load presentations.
• Coordinate / schedule teleconference / audio‑visual resources and ensure maximum use of resources assigned.
• Provide training on teleconference and audio‑visual equipment. Demonstrate use of equipment to customers and provide support / training to team members on the use of teleconferencing software platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, and Teams.
• Research and install teleconference and audio‑visual hardware and software as needed.
• Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
• Perform physical requirements as described in the Physical Requirements section.
