The Project Manager Associate will provide support to the Chief Data Office. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships and effectively interface with executive and senior level partners. Attention to detail is key and the role requires strong organizational and coordination skills, ability to multitask and work with stakeholders in diverse locations.
The Senior Program Manager will be proactive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and be experienced in working within deadlines. They will have a proven record of taking initiative and working without supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
Consults with business stakeholders to understand business needs / challenges and deliver actionable analytics / insights solutions-
Develops visuals / presentations and other deliverables to synthesize and communicate key insights and advise with recommendations to drive business outcomes.-
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and allocate tasks, accordingly, using the Microsoft suite to schedule, manage and report on meetings
Track and update customer requests using the tools providedSupports the documentation of routine workflows for the team, continually reviewing current processes and generating ideas which will allow us to become more efficient
Qualifications and key skills : -
Minimum of 3 years' experience in portfolio, program and / or project management-
Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills-
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal-
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skillsCustomer focused with a proven track record in your current roleSelf-motivated with an ability to work without supervisionEnthusiastic, ambitious and keen to learn new skills with a positive attitudeAbility to work to strict deadlinesAbility to work in a team environmentAttention to detail, conscientiousness and an ability to work on your own initiative are essentialExperience of security management systems such as ISAMS and / or Sailpoint preferredKnowledge of Jira, Confluence and Sharepoint would be advantageous
