Delivery driver with sales incentive

Records Solutions is actively searching for a motivated delivery driver who will travel the Bangor region and the surrounding areas. Candidate must hold a Class C driver’s license along with a clean driving record.      Our fleet features non-CDL liftgate-equipped trucks and service vans, designed for convenience and efficiency.    Successful candidates will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, pass a thorough pre-employment screening and background check.   Previous employment references are also required.

The role demands that applicants can handle physical tasks, including lifting items up to 50lbs and utilizing tools such as dolleys, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.

In addition to driving, light warehouse work will be part of your daily responsibilities. Familiarity with basic computer operations will be considered an asset. Applicants must exhibit a clean and professional appearance while interacting with customers, underscoring the importance of a positive attitude. Being a contributor to a harmonious team dynamic is essential, as collaboration and effective problem-solving are crucial to our daily operations.

We offer performance-based incentives for drivers who successfully acquire new customers during their routes, encouraging growth and initiative.

The work week runs from Monday to Friday, with hours from 7 AM to 5 PM, and you'll be eligible for benefits after 120 days of employment, which include PTO, personal days off, holiday pay, and a SIMPLE IRA, ensuring a supportive work environment for all our employees.
