Commercial Project Manager $100,000 + Yearly

Key Requirements :

• Work closely with the PMA, Superintendent, and any other DFC project staff as well as the Owner, design team and anyone else associated with the project.
• Collaborate and advocate for customers, empowering and informing them throughout a project.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex issues on a project-by-project basis and take ultimate responsibility in assuring each project is high quality, completed on time and within the budget.
• Proven skills in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related fields gained through alternative routes such as on-the-job training, apprenticeships, military service, or equivalent experience, or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture.
• Experience with Medical Facilities, including Hospitals and Clinics, ground up and remodel a plus

Shifts :

Monday-Thursday 0700-5PM

Friday 0700-11 AM
