Management Analyst
The City of Bell Gardens is seeking a Management Analyst to administer a variety of administrative programs and perform project support activities. This position involves special assignments, management analysis, and collaboration with upper management to research and resolve operational and technical issues.
The Management Analyst will perform duties such as compiling data, writing reports, assisting with special projects, evaluating programs, managing compliance programs, researching funding sources, and supporting public relations efforts.
Minimum qualifications include knowledge of municipal administrative procedures, project management, and customer service, along with skills in analyzing issues, researching data, and effective communication. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Administration, or a related field is required, along with one year of experience in public sector administration.
