Job descriptionHealth and other Insurance Available Bonus & Commissions structure available Up to 12 days Paid Time Off per year Paid Company Holidays Career Advancement Opportunities Perform basic demolition of drywall, flooring and other affected structures Perform Disinfecting and Cleaning of remaining property structure Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance Communicate openly with the customer, manager and other technicians Supervise Crew Document Drying Logs Generate Room Sketches Determine Drying Plans IICRC WRT Required IICRC AMRT, ASD, FSRT a plus! 3 - 5 Years Experience as a WRT Valid drivers license Reliable transportation to & from work Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit / stand / walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push / pull / lift / carry objects Ability to work with / around cleaning products / chemicals
