KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Virtual Event Production to join our Digital Strategy and Solutions team.

Responsibilities :

• Produce live and on-demand webcasts in support of internal stakeholders for both internal and external / client-facing projects
• Organize and deliver pre- and post-event client communications with various stakeholders
• Manage post-production of webcasts to include post-event reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to define timelines and content expectations as well as consult on features that will enhance attendee engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third party vendors and internal technology departments

Qualifications :

• Minimum four years of recent relevant experience in virtual webcast and event production
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college / university or equivalent work experience
• Strong problem solving, and organizational skills to support an environment driven by client focus and teamwork; capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal / written communication with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility
• Able to positively influence and mentor junior team members
• Skilled in webcast and virtual event production technologies; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;

Cvent knowledge preferred

Ability to travel up to 15% annually
