Essential Responsibilities :

Recruiting Execution

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer.
• Source candidates using a variety of channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical and business alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience.

Data-Driven Recruiting

Process Optimization

Stakeholder Collaboration

Other Responsibilities :

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications :

Expected Salary Range $54,400.00 - $100,100.00. The exact salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, and location.
