Our client, a real estate investment company, is seeking an Executive / Personal Assistant to support the President. Hours are 8 : 30am-6pm with availability to be accessible after hours.
They are in office 5 days a week.
Responsibilities :
- Manage heavy calendars and scheduling, keeping up with shifting meetings
- Assist with personal travel coordination, both commercial and private
- Schedule doctors appointments and liaise with housekeeper
- Help members of the family with any personal tasks necessary
Qualifications :
- Degree required
- 7+ years of experience
- Must live in one of the 5 boroughs of NYC
Compensation / Benefits :
- Up to $175K base plus discretionary bonus
- Medical, dental, vision-employee contribution, 80% covered
- 401K with 3% match
- 24 days PTO, 14.5 company closed calendar days
