We are seeking Sous Chef candidates to join our teams at Kyma, Bistro Niko, and Chops Lobster Bar!

The candidate must have a minimum 2 years' experience in a management position in a well-respected fine dining environment. We specialize in whole fish flown in direct from the Mediterranean, meticulously sourced seafood, and local ingredients. Experience with Fish Cutting and Butchering is a plus.
