Compliance Learning Specialist

Initial Length of Assignment : 6 months

Location : Remote

Team : This person will report to a Senior Manager of the Core Learning Team - the team where Compliance is housed. They will have support from a peer in a different pill (who previously supported Compliance). They will also have the support of an Instructional Designer and Learning Partner. They will support the successful execution of enterprise-wide compliance training.

Interview Process : 2 video interviews : first with a team member, and second with the Hiring Manager; focus on functional and technical expertise and experience

Purpose :

Design, develop, and deliver engaging compliance learning programs that help employees understand and follow regulatory requirements, internal policies, and ethical standards, reducing risk and promoting a culture of integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with compliance, legal, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and define measurable outcomes.
• Design and develop end-to-end compliance learning experiences, including digital modules, instructor-led sessions, and blended programs.
• Apply learning science, instructional design, and UX principles to make complex compliance topics accessible and engaging.
• Create supporting learning materials, guides, job aids, and assessments to reinforce knowledge and behavior change.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness using data, analytics, and feedback, and continuously improve programs.
• Ensure learning content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SMEs and compliance teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
• Reporting on Compliance Completion.
