Position Summary :
The Facility Administrator is responsible for the ethical, strategic, and profitable management and organization of the facility, monitors and manages overall facility performance, performs comprehensive marketing activities, provides liaison support between the Consulting Board of Directors, the Medical Staff and the various hospital departments, develops business plans responsive to corporate-wide financial and business goals and objectives and local market demands, and ensures that financial and quality performance goals and objectives are met for the facility.

Qualifications
Education : Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Hospital Administration, Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work Education, Nursing or a related professional field.
Suitable experience may be substituted for a professional degree at the discretion of the Consulting Board of Directors.
Experience : A minimum of five (5) years experience in health care administration, preferably in an acute psychiatric setting.
Licensure : LCSW strongly preferred; other applicable licensure will be considered.
Additional Requirements : A thorough knowledge Joint Commission, OSHA regulations and state and federal regulatory standards.
