Employment Type : Part-Time / Full-Time with Remote Flexibility
Pay : 1099 / contractor of $150-$1000 per student recruited , with $1000 per every 5 students add on incentive!!!!
Earning potential monthly ranges from $4000-$15,000

Role Overview
As a recruiter for American Academy of Aesthetics, your primary role is to identify and recruit prospective students, build and maintain affiliate relationships, and ensure consistent growth in enrollment. You will play a key role in representing AAOA’s brand and mission while implementing strategies that attract high-quality candidates and partners. Additionally, you will utilize Learn-Worlds, a powerful Affiliate Marketing tool to streamline recruitment efforts and maximize efficiency.
Your contributions will help shape the future of aesthetics education, ensuring students and affiliates receive an exceptional experience aligned with AAOA’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Prospective Student Recruitment :
Conduct follow-up calls, emails, and consultations to ensure students have all necessary information to commit to their programs.Actively engage with prospective students and guide them through the application and enrollment process.Work closely with the administrative team to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.Setting up and facilitating Academy ToursAffiliate Relationship Management :
Build and nurture relationships with med spas, dental offices, and other industry professionals to create referral pipelines.Maintain open communication with affiliates to foster collaboration and strengthen partnerships.Coordinate with affiliates to host joint events or promotions that enhance visibility and lead generation.CRM Affiliate Platform :
Utilize CRM as a dedicated Affiliate Marketing tool to manage leads and conversions.Use your affiliate-specific login to generate a unique link for your leads.Track lead progress through CRM from initial registration to final enrollment.Ensure leads are converted into students within 30 days of their registration via your affiliate link to qualify for commission.Regularly review CRM analytics to monitor progress, identify trends, and refine your approach.Recruitment Strategies :
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract qualified students.Utilize data-driven approaches to refine recruitment efforts and improve conversion rates.Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment efforts with promotional campaigns.Event Representation and Outreach :
Represent AAOA at recruitment events, expos, and networking opportunities in a professional and engaging manner.Host webinars or live information sessions to educate prospective students and partners about AAOA’s offerings.Assist in planning and executing academy events, such as open houses and industry mixers.Tracking and Reporting :
Maintain detailed records of prospective student leads, affiliate relationships, and enrollment outcomes.Provide weekly updates to the CEO / COO on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.Use CRM analytics to track and report on lead conversions.Expectations and Standards
Lead Conversion :
Achieve and exceed monthly recruitment goals by converting prospective student inquiries into enrollments.Work with leads given by the company and convert into tours and then admission.Affiliate Growth :
Expand AAOA’s network of industry affiliates by establishing new partnerships and maintaining existing ones.Generate consistent leads and referrals through affiliate relationships.Collaboration :
Work as part of a team to support the academy’s overall goals.Maintain open communication with the administrative team, marketing department, and leadership to ensure cohesive efforts.Daily and Weekly Responsibilities :
Follow up with all prospective students within 24 hours of inquiry.Maintain regular contact with affiliates, providing updates and ensuring satisfaction with partnerships.Attend weekly meetings with the CEO / COO to review progress, address challenges, and strategize improvements.Ensure all student and affiliate interactions are logged and tracked accurately in CRMProactively seek opportunities for recruitment, including new affiliates, events, and social media engagement.Compensation Details :
Affiliate commissions are tracked through the CRM platform, based on leads will be paid monthlyThe commission structure will be provided in a separate contract, detailing payout percentages, timelines, and performance incentives.Workplace Policies :
