Overview

Access Global Group is seeking a Full Stack Developer with experience in the Oil and Gas Industry to join our Implementation Team. This is a Hybrid role based in Houston, requiring onsite presence every other week.

Role Description

Access Global Group is adding a talented Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on React and Azure to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across the frontend and backend, building scalable, secure, and efficient applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C# / .NET, React, and SQL.
  • Develop, test, and integrate APIs to connect frontend and backend systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
  • Deploy and maintain applications in Azure, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
  • Manage codebase and collaborate on projects using GitHub for version control.
  • Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure robust application performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and propose solutions to improve development processes.
  • Other duties as directed by leadership.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Oil and Gas industry experience.
  • Strong experience with React and Azure (must-have).
  • Proficiency in C# / .NET for backend development.
  • Strong SQL skills for database design, queries, and optimization.
  • Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with GitHub or other version control systems.
  • Comfortable working on both frontend and backend development tasks.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with onsite presence in Houston every other week.
  • Experience with cloud-based DevOps pipelines in Azure.
  • Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks beyond React (e.g., Redux, Next.js).
  • Experience with unit testing and automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
