We are looking for a Coatings Team Lead to join our 100% EMPLOYEE-OWNED team.

Second Shift : Monday - Friday 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm

Minimum Job Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for assisting the department supervisor with all departmental operations, including hands-on procedures. Timely completion of job functions, prepare and requisition supply items, correspond with vendors as required. Produce parts and products in accordance with the established safety, quality, and cost standards of the Company. Assist in the scheduling of the daily work load as well as delegating work to employees when needed. Perform Lock out / Tag out procedures when appropriate. Authorized to drive company forklift if trained.
