Job descriptionProvide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for any unusual activity or conditions and report findings according to Allied Universal protocols. Communicate clearly with team members, site personnel, and / or visitors as required, offering assistance and information. Follow all post orders and instructions specific to the location to help to deter risks and maintain a secure environment. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and / or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Security Professional - Industrial Site - Weekends

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for all personnel and property. You will be visible throughout your shift, providing a reassuring presence and responding promptly to any security-related situations. Exceptional customer service and strong communication skills are key, as you will frequently interact with employees, visitors, and contractors. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
