Medical Intake Coordinator

If you’ve worked in a vet clinic, shelter, or high-volume animal care setting and want your work to truly matter , this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Process medical intakes : vaccinations, microchipping, testing, diagnostics
• Support shelter surgeries and treatments for animals in need
• Carry out daily care plans and work side-by-side with our Veterinary Services team
• Monitor animal health and track progress from intake to adoption
