A company is looking for an IT Support Coordinator to provide technical support for a global remote workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, network, and account issues
Manage and resolve support tickets in Jira, ensuring clear documentation and timely updates
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation and hardware provisioning
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required; bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support within a Windows and Microsoft 365 environment
Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365 administration
Experience managing support tickets in Jira and familiarity with VPNs and RDP
Ability to work Pacific Time hours, preferably from the US West Coast
