Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance

Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome) Strong communication and leadership skills Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data High school diploma required; college degree preferred Key words : People leadership, talent development, retail leadership, operations management, team leadership
