Salary : $130,000 - $160,000 per year

The ideal candidate will be a motivated, organized, and strategic litigator who can handle all aspects of plaintiff-side personal injury cases — from intake and pre-litigation to trial. You’ll have the support of a full legal team, case managers, and paralegals, but autonomy to take ownership of your caseload and drive results.

Job Details

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Washington State Bar (required)
• 2–3+ years of experience in personal injury litigation (plaintiff preferred)
• Strong written / oral advocacy and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple cases with minimal supervision
• Trial experience is a plus
