Moments Hospice is currently looking for 3 Call Center Representatives to join our Team.
1 position to work M-F 08 : 30am-5 : 00pm
1 position to work M-F 08 : 30am-5 : 00pm - Bilingual English and Spanish
1 position to work M-F 07 : 00am-03 : 30pm
Responsibilities :
Provide exceptional customer
service to clients via phone, email, and chat
Answer client inquiries and
resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Answer inbound calls and
make outbound calls answering general questions and / or transferring calls to
the appropriate staff member or department.
Follow company policies and
procedures for all interactions
Monitor incoming faxes
for documents to be attached to the patient's medical record.
Requirements :
Previous experience in
customer service or call center is a plus
Excellent communication
skills, both verbal and written
Strong phone etiquette and
active listening skills
Ability to prioritize
tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving
skills and ability to think on your feet
Detail-oriented with the
ability to accurately enter data into systems
Bilingual (Spanish) is a
plus.
