What Makes You a Great Fit

We are a small, creative, and passionate group of product designers who define and shape all user-facing aspects of the Pebl brand and products. We partner closely with product and engineering teams to design user experiences, translate concepts into fully realized solutions, and iterate based on testing and feedback.

This role requires in-office presence in Palo Alto, California, at least 3 days per week. You will be an individual contributor, reporting to the VP of Product.

How You'll Make An Impact

• Design and develop the end-to-end customer journey, starting with exploration on the Pebl website.
• Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions that meet both business objectives and user needs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A / B testing to inform design decisions and drive product improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, to ensure design solutions meet business goals.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including specifications, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
