What You Need to Apply :

Bachelor's degree in a social service discipline from an accredited institution

Experience working in employment or related services

Experience working with individuals with mental illnesses

Knowledge of community resources and agencies

Valid New Jersey driver's license with MVR meeting agency standards

Position Overview :

As a full-time Supported Employment Case Manager , you will maintain a caseload of clients who are seeking employment and play an active role in helping them reach their vocational goals. You will assist clients in career exploration, job matching based on their skills and preferences, and the development of internships or employment opportunities aligned with their interests.

Responsibilities include compiling monthly statistics, maintaining case reports, and delivering follow-along services. You'll also support goal development through person-centered Vocational Service Plans and complete documentation within required timeframes.

Demonstrates competency in delivering Motivational Interviewing (MI), effectively engaging individuals served through engagement, assessment, and intervention.

A Background Check is required Clear Five year driving record / abstract with ability to be insured by organizations carrier.
