Outreach Agent

A company is looking for an Outreach Agent to make outbound calls to medical providers for obtaining medical charts.

Key Responsibilities

Contact assigned medical providers by phone to obtain medical charts

Log all call transactions into designated computer software systems and meet call volume goals

Comply with HIPAA guidelines while responding to provider inquiries and following up on initial contacts

Required Qualifications

1 year of call center or outbound sales experience preferred

Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Windows-based applications

Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Good judgment, patience, and diplomacy

Experience with accurate record keeping and data management
