Salary : $70,000 - $115,000 per year

We seek an Outside Sales Rep to join our team and lead our sales division!

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan focused on generating new business and growing existing accounts in the electronics, aerospace,
  • automotive, and healthcare industries.

  • Build strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, and operations teams to understand supply needs and recommend solutions.
  • Promote and sell high-demand products (e.g., bar solder, nitrile gloves, isopropyl alcohol, Kapton tape) as well as value-added services including
  • sourcing support and vendor-managed inventory programs.

  • Manage the full sales cycle : prospecting, cold calling, conducting on-site visits, presenting solutions, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and superior customer service.
  • Track pipeline activity and customer interactions using CRM tools to drive accountability and transparency.
  • Attend trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to build market presence.
  • Qualifications

  • 3+ years of successful outside sales experience; industrial distribution, MRO, safety, or specialty materials industry experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop new business and manage accounts with purchasing and operational decision-makers.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with autonomy, building relationships, and growing business in a competitive market.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers.
