What You Will Be Doing

  • Handle and lead marketing support projects for product launches, field sales support, and other marketing activities within your portfolio.
  • Become an internal subject matter authority for your assigned portfolio.
  • Generate / analyze competitive intelligence and promote understanding of competitive tactics with the sales team.
  • Partner with marketing communications to create innovative content to drive market awareness, lead generation, deal closure.
  • Coordination of portfolio social media calendars and organization of marketing materials within content management system within portfolio.
  • Regularly interact with customers through presentations, interviews, tradeshows, professional societies, and occasional site visits and develop customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with global portfolio marketing to understand underlying issues related to product quality / customer complaints; ensure feedback is communicated back to respective owners for input into recommendations and resolution to identified issues.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, with major in marketing, business, communications, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years professional Marketing experience.
  • Highly organized self-starter who is willing to work as a team and independently and take initiative.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills and ability to facilitate large group meetings to a successful outcome.
  • Technical / Health IT, medical device integrations expertise would be nice to have.
  • Strong multi-tasking ability to simultaneously coordinate, prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $80,000 - 110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for discretionary bonuses.
