Purpose :
To greet and accommodate the needs of each guest in a manner such that we ensure his or her continued patronage. Sincere dedication from every one of our Team Members to provide an exceptional experience and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and seat guests as they enter
- Inform the guest of any specials and their server's name
- Anticipate guest needs i.e. high chairs, booster chair or booth / table
- Know your availability

What tables you have availableKeep accurate records on floor chart and rotation sheetAnswer phone and provide accurate information on pricing, location, hours and menu itemsRun the “wait sheet” providing accurate wait times to guestsAssist servers in pre-busing, running food and filling beveragesBusing tablesReset tablesGeneral cleanliness i.e. floors, restrooms, doors and windowsComplete side work dutiesObserve guests and report any concerns or complaints to Management prior to the guest leavingFinal greetings to guests and invite them to returnPhysical requirements :
100% Ability to communicate clearly in English100% Walk and stand for long periods of time ( 6-8 hours)80% Reach, bend, stoop, wipe and lift up to 40 lbs.Qualifications :
