• Validate complex data and documents with precision
• Handle escalated communications via email, chat, or calls
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
• Collaborate across departments to streamline processing
• Support appraisal eligibility and issue resolution
• Uphold our culture and values in every task

• No direct borrower interaction-focus on backend excellence and operational impact.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $29.00 / hr.
