Review competitiveness of customer offers ?? Suggest improvements based on feedback Reporting & Strategy ?? Review OKRs like CSAT & adoption ?? Identify growth opportunities for customers Experience Optimization ?? Define success for each pharmacy ?? Build strategies to continuously add value ? Prioritize customer experience, always ?? About Your Role
As a Customer Success Expert, you'll support pharmacy customers in maximizing the value of RxPost by :
- Assisting sales team with follow-up outreach
- Onboarding and training new users
- Advising on buying and selling decisions
- Acting as a customer advocate internally
- Solving problems using your pharmacy experience
- Working across phone, chat, video, and email to make sure customers feel confident and supported.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Expert, your role will include :
Assist the sales team with follow-up outreach to ensure a smooth handoff and timely engagement.
Guide pharmacies through setup with personalized support.
Teach users how to manage inventory and source medications.
Host 1-on-1 communications and stay ahead of customer needs.
Share customer feedback with sales, product, and marketing.
Offer thoughtful, pharmacy-informed solutions.
About You
We're looking for someone who is :
2+ years as a pharmacy technician
A passion for helping others succeed
Comfortable using SaaS tools, HubSpot, Zoom, etc.
Can analyze issues and propose improvements
Willing to learn and own key success metrics
