Job Description
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in successful software project implementations related to CRM /
- Service / Communities Cloud Business scenarios.
- 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform on as technical lead / Sr Dev.
- Experience working on a minimum of 3 Salesforce projects.
- Strong expertise in Lightning / Communities, APEX, hands on with coding, Flows, Triggers, Migration Tool, APIs Java Script, CSS, HTML, Templates and Web Services.
- Experience in customized Salesforce service cloud integration with CTI, ERP and legacy applications
- Must have Salesforce Admin and PD1 cert at least
- Good to have Salesforce PD2 cert
Roles & Responsibilities :
Provide technical solution approach during solution designExperience with working with US clientsExpected to work independently and provide mentorship to junior team membersLeads SFDC development team with little or no direct supervision.Thorough understanding of Web Services in general and SOAP and REST specifically; understands the basic workings of HTTP / SUnderstand data migration considerations, design trade-offs, and common ETL toolsExperience with common integration patterns used on the Force.com PlatformUnderstand patterns / mechanisms to secure integrations such as TLS for HTTPStrong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologiesTeam player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.Diverse Lynx LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
