Air Reserve Technician (ART) Logistics Supply Specialist
The primary purpose of this position is to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), to serve as staff advisor to the Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS) ART of the Logistics Group (LG) for all supply / fuels disciplines. Duties include :
- Serving as the supply liaison between the LRS, key staff, headquarters, and subordinate personnel.
- Managing the War Reserve Materiel (WRM), Readiness Support Package (RSP), Support Equipment (SE), and War Consumable Distribution Objective (WCDO) programs for LRS.
- Managing the Aircraft Sustainability Module (ASM) which predicts combat capabilities of tactical aircraft.
- Managing supply-related matters and assessing mission readiness.

At least 52 weeks of specialized experience at the lower grade, GS-09 level or equivalent.Successfully completed a Ph.D. or doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related.A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.Other significant facts include :
Incumbent must meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements.The incumbent may be required to fly in military or commercial aircraft to perform temporary duty (TDY) assignments.Must be able to obtain and retain appropriate security clearance.
