We are looking for an onsite IT Support Analyst II to join our IT team at our beautiful corporate office in Franktown, Colorado .
A little about the role :
This position will provide maintenance of the computer desktop environment for Monarch's nationwide portfolio including monitoring, resolving problems, installing hardware / software, and analyzing requirements.
It is responsible for administration and support of all Monarch PCs, printers, and related equipment at both the corporate location (Active Directory) and remote locations (Workgroup); end user support; license tracking; and PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations.
Although this is a Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) position for Monarch's nationwide portfolio the person in this role is expected to office out of the Franktown, Colorado campus.
