Position Summary :
As Lead Director of Enterprise P&L Budgeting and Forecasting, you will lead the consolidation, strategic evaluation, in-depth analysis, and continuous evolution of the financial planning process including long-term strategic financials (MYR), annual operating plans (budget), and emerging risks and opportunities (R&Os). You will serve as the primary architect and driver of planning excellence across the enterprise, partnering closely with senior executives, business segment finance leaders, and shared services to ensure alignment with enterprise strategic imperatives and financial objectives.
Additionally, you will have a focus on our Health Care Benefits (HCB) segment as the primary partner for the segment for all deliverables and analysis related to actuals, forecast, operating plan, and long-term projections. You will lead strategic analysis, with advanced actuarial analysis when necessary, to develop key business insights. You will oversee a high-performing team and serve as a key advisor to EPPM executive leadership, influencing financial narratives for internal and external stakeholders including the Board of Directors and investors.

Success Profile :
Proven ability to lead complex, enterprise-wide financial planning initiatives with measurable impact.
Deep expertise in the Health Care Benefits business, preferably across multiple lines of business, including ability to translate "Date of Service" and "Financial Statement" data seamlessly.
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of influencing executive decisions.
Strategic thinker who can "go beyond the spreadsheet" to craft compelling narratives and business cases.
Collaborative leader who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
Required Qualifications :
10+ years of managed care industry knowledge.
2+ years of financial budgeting and / or forecasting experience.
Preferred Qualifications :
Actuarial background, including certifications (FSA or ASA).
FP&A planning technology experience, including Hyperion, SAP / S4, and / or Anaplan systems.
Education :
Bachelor's Degree required; equivalent work experience may substitute.
Pay Range : $100,000.00 - $231,540.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
