Prospecting for and visiting potential clients dailyEstablishing and developing relationships with property managers and other property personnelSet up booths and attend trade show eventsParticipate in multiple industry associations and volunteer for board opportunitiesDeliver compelling calls and meetings to introduce company capabilities and value propositionsMaintain an effective business development program, securing new work on a routine basisSetting up outreach networking events to invite potential new clients (i.e "Lunch and Learns", trade association events, etc..)Reporting activity in R&D's CRM portal dailyCollaborate with our marketing team and provide feedback on marketing initiativesABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE :
