Licensed Practical Nurse

Location : Honolulu, HI (hybrid after training)

Duration : 10 month contract

Pay rate : $32.86 to $34.86 / hr

Schedule : 8am - 4 : 30pm

Job duties for this position include :

• Transcribe Adverse Event referrals in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for State reporting
• Set up Adverse Event cases in QCare;
• Triage Adverse Event cases in group mailbox
• Assist with medical records request and clinical reviews
• Prepare case reviews / case summaries for discussion with Chief Medical Officer
• Submit inquiries to delegates (case management agencies, transportation vendor) as needed

Qualifications :

1 year of experience as an LPN reviewing medical records

1 year experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word)
