Di r e c t or of N u r s i n g -Registered Nurse-RN Qualifications & Responsibilities :
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous long-term care experience as a Di r e c t or of N u r s i n g is preferred , but not required .
- Prior experience managing staff required .
- Ensure that all nursing personnel in our facility comply with established standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for the highest quality of resident care.
- Overseeing the implementation of nursing department budgets in coor di nation with the facility administration.
- Implementing compliance and quality improvement policies, programs , and procedures.
- Recruiting, training, and onboar di ng new nursing staff.
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator.
