Top Guy Footwear is a trusted women's and kids' shoe wholesaler with over 20 years of experience in the industry. Based in City of Industry, CA, we partner with footwear and apparel companies worldwide to bring quality products to market. We are seeking a full-time, in-house Sales Representative to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with retailers, expand brand presence, and contribute directly to the success of our business. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with proven sales experience, fluency in English and Spanish , and a passion for the footwear and apparel industry.
Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, driving repeat business and growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, introducing customers to our brands and product lines.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries while keeping account information accurate and up to date.
Manage the full sales cycle, including order details, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
Share customer feedback and market insights with management to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
Represent Top Guy Footwear at trade shows, scheduling and conducting appointments to present new collections.
Qualifications :
Previous sales experience required; footwear or apparel industry experience preferred.
Bilingual : Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel domestically for trade shows (2 times per year).
