Senior Litigation Attorney - Civil / Municipal Law

Experienced Litigation Attorney

Located : Irvine, CA

Pay : $150k-$200k base + strong benefits

Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in litigation, particularly in civil litigation and municipal law, and will be responsible for representing clients in various legal proceedings, providing strategic legal advice, and managing complex cases from inception to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in court and during legal proceedings
• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Prepare and present compelling arguments in court
• Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and objectives
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends
• Manage case files and maintain accurate records of all legal work
