Job Description

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Coordinate with project managers and engineers to address any challenges or changes in scope. Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control and compliance with building codes. Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment. Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and procedures at all times. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have : a strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations; proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage teams and subcontractors; excellent communication and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; experience with on-site project management and problem-solving in construction; and a results-driven approach with attention to detail and a focus on quality workmanship.
