Opened in 1964 as the only skilled-care facility in Minnesota exclusively for men, Mission Nursing Home provides care for up to 65 residents who experience a variety of physical and behavioral health issues.
Position : Staff Development / Infection Preventionist
The Infection Preventionist is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the facility's infection prevention and control program, ensuring adherence to current best practices and regulatory requirements. The Staff Development role is responsible for work-related training and development programs of all staff to improve individual skills, orientate new employees to the facility and to comply with training requirements.

Education and Experience
Licensing / Certifications Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an RN in Minnesota. Infection Preventionist certification is required. Compensation and Benefits :
Range of 62,400k to 104,000k annually depending of qualifications and experience. Benefits include medical, dental, 403(b) retirement, life insurance, PTO and paid holidays.
