Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is a corporate finance role responsible for providing the financial analysis and insight to executive management. Essential functions include reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, Finance, being accountable for the accuracy of reported financial forecasts and budgets as well as respective variance analysis; directing, performing and being accountable for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance / return analysis activities for shared service departments; working with Accounting and Corporate Finance on monthly / quarterly / annual close processes; managing overall department budget(s); presenting the financial results as well as budgets, forecasts and analytics to the Executive Management team and Department Heads; continuously striving to improve processes and procedures within the Corporate Finance team; improving processes and procedures as well as the usage of systems and tools to further enhance the goals and objectives of the organization; fostering an environment of highest professional standards for yourself and your team in terms of ethics, adherence to policies, procedures, and to achieve the overall set goals of the business unit; being curious and always on the look out to acquire new knowledge and understanding. This characteristic will foster insights to help drive effective change in the organization. Supervisory responsibilities include minimum required qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field and five to eight years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Other required qualifications include customer service and business partnering orientation, attention to detail and quality of deliverables while sensitive to strict and tight deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills with the capability to interact with people at all levels and of all areas of responsibilities, fostering collaboration, strong communication skills - written and verbal, superb analytical skills, lots of math, excellent time management and organizational skills, ability to travel 1-5% of the time and ability to clear required background check. Desired qualifications include a Master's Degree, management experience and progressive responsibility. Compensation and benefits are determined based on education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range. We anticipate the salary range to be $70,202.25- $120,966.00. Eligible employees may receive a bonus. This salary is not guaranteed, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
