Youll help shape the next wave of innovation at the intersection of culture and technology, with a direct impact on millions of users globally.As the Head of Product for AI & Personalization at Apple Music, you will set the vision and strategy for how we harness artificial intelligence to deliver deeply personal, intuitive, and engaging music experiences. Youll lead the end-to-end product direction for personalization, recommendations, search relevance, user modeling, and content discoveryensuring that every interaction feels uniquely tailored and aligned with our users tastes and behaviors.

Responsibilities

• This role demands a deep passion for music and innovation, combined with a strong background in AI, personalization technologies, and large-scale product development. You will be responsible for setting strategy, prioritizing investments, and delivering delightful, highly personalized user experiences to millions of customers.
• In this senior leadership role, you will manage and mentor a team of product managers working across AI / ML, personalization systems, and large-scale experimentation. You'll foster a high-performing, inclusive culture that encourages bold thinking, clear prioritization, and rapid learning.
• You will partner closely with engineering, design, editorial, analytics, and marketing teams to bring personalized features to life across Apple Music. This includes defining product requirements, aligning on technical approaches, and ensuring seamless integration into the broader user experience.
• As a senior leader, youll be expected to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, personalization, and consumer media, and to continuously bring forward new ideas and strategic insights that shape the future of Apple Music.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $197,800 and $347,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apples Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
