Job Title : Project Analyst – Finance
Location : Phoenix, AZ (can be remote but will need to travel to Phoenix often)
Pay : $34 / hr - $44 / hr
This is a contract position!
As a Project Analyst, you will partner with the local Finance Controlling team to define, streamline, and improve business processes, including new functional introductions within Oracle Fusion ERP. Working under the guidance of the local controlling team, you will focus on enhancing transaction and inventory processes to drive operational efficiency and process excellence.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Partner closely with the local Finance Controlling team at the manufacturing plant to :
- Improve understanding of transaction processes.
- Increase visibility into inventory flows.
- Resolve inventory-related questions.
- Investigate and resolve complex system and process issues.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising management on :
- Finance processes.
- GAAP compliance.
- Oracle Fusion ERP best practices.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide consultative guidance to management on critical finance and system-related matters.
Travel Requirements
50–75% domestic travel to manufacturing sites in Phoenix, AZ.Work Schedule
Standard Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m.Additional Hours : Occasional extended workdays or weekends based on project phase and deadlines.Required Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience with :Finance / supply chain transactions.Inventory management using Oracle Fusion ERP.Required Skills
