Director, Facilities & Infrastructure Management

Overview

The Director of Facilities & Infrastructure Management will lead the strategy, centralization, and optimization of facilities operations across all aerospace manufacturing sites. This role ensures the effective planning, construction, and operational excellence of physical infrastructure, while maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance. As a key member of the Integrated Operations & Transformation team, this leader will drive initiatives to standardize infrastructure practices, enhance cost efficiency, and support long-term business scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilities Strategy & Execution

Develop and execute a centralized facilities management strategy aligned with enterprise goals.

Oversee the design, planning, and execution of construction and renovation projects.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards including oversight of insider threat and Facility Security Officer (FSO) programs.

Develop and implement best-in-class preventive maintenance programs.

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing, cross-functional facilities team.
