Clinical Quality LPN

Equity Staffing is seeking a skilled Clinical Quality LPN for a temporary-to-hire position. This onsite opportunity is located in San Antonio, TX. Our client is a leading healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical care. Responsibilities : Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members to discuss medication non-compliance, schedule pharmacy appointments, and gather provider information. Answer inbound calls from members, assist with inquiries, and route calls as necessary. Document member interactions accurately in provider or member records. Requirements : Current Unrestricted LVN license in the state of Texas 3 years of healthcare experience in a managed care setting 3 years of experience with data analysis / quality chart reviews Experience with Microsoft Office applications (databases, word processing, and Excel) Prior HEDIS / STAR experience or participation with similar regulatory reporting Ideal Candidate : Detail-oriented and able to multitask with multiple computer programs Excellent communication skills for interacting with members and providers Strong analytical skills for data analysis and quality improvement Equity Staffing Group is one of the fastest growing Native American owned staffing companies in the United States.
