Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM | On-call every 3rd week (Mon-Fri : 5 : 00-9 : 00 PM, Sat-Sun : 8 : 00 AM - 9 : 00 PM)

Position Summary

The Billing Specialist will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to manage order execution, invoicing, and inventory-related transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate billing records and supporting smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate accurate invoices and credit memos through the ERP system
• Review and revise purchase orders to ensure alignment with pricing and specifications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales and billing processes
• Support accounts receivable through customer correspondence and follow-up
• Assist the sales team with order entry, quote revisions, and CRM management
• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to ensure excellent customer service
